Return Window
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

What’s Covered

• Opened, installed, or tested equipment
• Defective and non-defective units
• No restocking fees

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email support@dappersupply.com with your order number. A reason for return is optional. Our team will issue
Return Authorization instructions and provide either a prepaid return shipping label for parcel items or a scheduled freight pickup
for freight items.

Free Return Shipping
• Dapper Supply covers 100% of return shipping costs
• Applies to small parcel and palletized freight shipments
Freight Return Packaging Requirements
• Item must be repackaged securely on a pallet
• Unit must be fully shrink-wrapped for transport
• Product must be ready for carrier pickup
• Improperly packaged freight items may cause pickup delays or transit damage and may impact refund processing

Refunds
• Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after inspection
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• No restocking or handling fees

Warranty After 30 Days
All Dapper Supply products include a 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty. After the 30-day return period, all issues are handled through
our warranty department.
