Shipping policy
Order Processing
 All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your
order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order
has shipped. Shipping timelines may be subject to delays due to carrier constraints, freight availability,
weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping
Dapper Supply offers free shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.
Freight & Large Equipment Delivery
Many Dapper Supply products ship via LTL or freight carriers due to size and weight. All freight
deliveries include liftgate service at no additional charge. Freight deliveries are curbside only and
require the customer to be present at the time of delivery.
Local Pickup & Regional Delivery
 Local pickup or regional delivery may be available from select Dapper Supply warehouse locations upon
request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on distance, order size, and handling requirements.
International Shipping
 Dapper Supply does not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking & Status
 Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for
tracking details to update. If you have not received your order within 5 business days of shipment
confirmation, please contact us at support@dapper-supply.com with your order number.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Dapper Supply accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. All items, regardless of condition, are eligible
for return approval. For freight items, the customer is responsible for properly repackaging the product
on a pallet and securely shrink-wrapping it for return pickup. Once the returned item is received and
inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
 If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Dapper Supply within 30 days of delivery to
be eligible for a replacement or resolution. This policy applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of
purchase and photo documentation may be required to process a claim.
